We regularly review our stipend allowances by keeping a close eye on spending patterns and gathering feedback from our team. This helps us to make sure that youโ€™re getting the support you need while also being mindful of company resources. When opportunities arise, weโ€™re always open to increasing or adding new stipends to better serve you.

If we ever need to reduce or remove a stipend, this will only happen at the beginning of the year, giving everyone clarity and time to plan ahead.

Our stipends operate on a post-expense claim basis. This means youโ€™ll cover the cost upfront and then submit a claim to be reimbursed. Any approved claims will be included with your next monthly salary payment. Please note that stipend allowances include VAT and taxes.
