Circuit offers a number of stipends in addition to salary and equity. These stipends are intended to allow you to create a comfortable home-working environment, improve and expand your skills, and do your best work.
We continually review our stipend allowances by monitoring spend and speaking to our team to make sure that both you and the company are getting the best possible value. This means that we may increase or add additional stipends at any time.
Should we decide to remove or decrease the amount of a stipend provided, this will only happen at the start of the year.
The stipends are a post-expense claim process, which means you will need to cover the cost first and then claim it back from the company.
Any expenses claimed against the stipend allowances will be paid with your monthly salary. Allowances are inclusive of VAT and taxes.
