We know that the hiring process is a two-way street and that moving to a new job and company can be a big change in our lives. Here at Circuit, there will be several touchpoints in our interview process so that we can really really get to know one another.
Our hiring process generally consists of five stages, including a paid project (or up to two projects for higher-level roles), and up to 3 face to face interviews conducted via Zoom. The process usually takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how fast each stage is completed:
1️⃣ Meet our recruiter
You’ll have a video call with our internal recruiter, **Sadie Moloney,** who will tell you more about Circuit and get to know you too.
2️⃣ Meet the hiring manager
You’ll have a video call with the hiring manager to dive into more details about your skills and experience.
3️⃣ Test project
At this stage, depending on the role, you’ll get a relevant take-home project (and we’ll pay you for your time) or, a live exercise that gives you a chance to showcase your skills.
4️⃣ Final call
You’ll have a 30-minute, final video call with our Founder and CEO, Jack Underwood; an informal chat and an opportunity for you to meet.
5️⃣ Offer!
We make you an offer to join us, and get ready to welcome you to the team 🤩
