Here’s a sneak peek of what to expect in your first week…
We call this ‘Preboarding’, which is the period between when you accept your offer and your start date.
The main goal of preboarding is to make sure we all have all the information we need before your start date to ensure you can hit the ground running on your first day.
During this period, you will have several touchpoints to ensure everyone gets all the information they need. You’ll have the opportunity to meet people, ask questions, get involved with any planned social events - and we will send you your email and system logins so that you can explore our full company handbook.
Your onboarding will include learning about our company, team, culture, way of working, tools, and social initiatives.
Led by your Manager and supported by your team, the role-specific onboarding will give you the tools needed for your daily job.
You will learn about your role and responsibilities, the tools we use, and teamwork dynamics.
