If you’ve landed on this page, there’s a good chance you’re interested in working with us at Circuit, which is awesome to hear 🙌.

While we might not be hiring for your exact role right now, we’re always keen to meet brilliant people who feel a spark when they learn about how we work.

We’re a small, focused team building things carefully and deliberately — not scaling for scale’s sake. That means we hire intentionally and sometimes infrequently. But here’s the thing: we’ve already hired several amazing people who applied speculatively — because the timing, the fit, and the energy just made sense.

So if you think you’d thrive here, don’t wait for the perfect job post. Get in touch and tell us about you.

Why we’re doing it this way

We get a lot of applications — and honestly, we can’t read them all in depth. So, instead of relying on CVs and cover letters alone, we’ve created this alternative path to help standout candidates connect with us in a more meaningful way.

To make this work, we’re only looking for people who can show us something they’ve built themselves, led end-to-end, and feel proud of. We want to see the quality of that work — not your years of experience, job title, or credentials.

We know that means this process might not work for everyone — it’s just the only way we can realistically review speculative applications with the care and attention they deserve.

What to Send Us

We don’t believe a CV alone can tell your whole story. We want to get a real feel for how you think, what you care about, and the kind of work that lights you up.

👉 Please note: We can only consider open applications that include all three of the following:

1) a relevant project, 2) a short video walkthrough, and 3) your CV.

If anything’s missing, we won’t be able to review your application — this helps us stay focused and fair while giving thoughtful attention to each submission.

Here’s how to do it:

1) Share some cool stuff you’ve built, created, or taken the lead on.

We’d love to see something you’ve created that’s relevant to the kind of role you’d want to do here at Circuit—and that you’ve personally been the lead on.
