During your interview process, Circuit may invite you to participate in one or more test projects. Our test projects are designed to reflect the type of work you would expect to do here and are intended to give you an opportunity to showcase your skills.
Test projects are completed asynchronously and in your own time, with a deadline set and agreed by you and Circuit.
We know that your time is precious and that juggling interviews, test projects, full-time jobs, and family life can be challenging! To thank you for investing your time in us, we pay a one-off fee for all test projects.
We calculate the payment amount based on the basic salary for the role and the number of hours we expect it will take to complete the test project. #hours * £hourly rate
Example:
Basic annual salary: £70,000 = equivalent hourly rate*: £33.50
Project duration = 10 hours
10 * £33.50 = £350.00
*Note: the hourly rate is based on a 40-hour week over 52 weeks.
