Yes, we call it an “Onsite” because technically, being a remote company, we are always offsite, so this makes more sense for us. Circuit takes everyone on a week-long Onsite Retreat each year where we can work, chat all things Circuit, and hang out. In 2023 we were in Porto, Portugal; this year we were in Cascais, Portugal!
Once a month, we have a virtual team social. This usually includes some game or team building. Anyone is welcome to host one, so if you have some cool ideas, let us know! There is a budget of up to £15 per person for the meal cost.
Every month, you can have a meal with a colleague virtually! This is a great opportunity to catch up, have a chat, and if you’d like a drink or some food on us! You also have a budget of up to £15 per person for the meal cost. This budget can only be used for a meal purchased for this event.

This event is designed as an opportunity for you to get together with your teammates to spend time coworking together. It is a self-organized activity, and you can plan how, when, and where however you all see fit.
These events do not replace the company's annual onsite event and shouldn’t impact people’s availability to attend it.
There is an allowance of up to £500 per year to spend on this stipend and it should cover travel and accommodation.
